STORGÉ

Terms of use

Last updated: 1 November 2026

Important safety notice. Storgé is a peace-of-mind tool, not an emergency, medical, or monitoring service. It does not contact emergency services, does not track location, and cannot guarantee that a notification arrives on time: phones run out of battery, lose signal, mute notifications, or are switched off. A missed check-in does not mean something is wrong, and a check-in does not mean everything is fine. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Europe, 911 in the US) right away. Do not rely on Storgé to protect anyone's health or safety.

1. Who we are and these terms

Storgé (the app and mystorge.com) is provided by DeployHelp LLC, Yerevan, Armenia (“we”). By using Storgé you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Storgé. Contact: contact@mystorge.com.

2. Who can use Storgé

3. Your account and family

4. Plans and payments

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Storgé: no tracking or monitoring anyone without their knowledge, no adding people without the right to do so, no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get into other families' data, and no using it against the law. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

6. Our service

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DeployHelp LLC is not liable for any harm, injury, loss or damage that results from a check-in, a missed check-in, a late or undelivered notification, or relying on Storgé instead of contacting someone directly or calling emergency services. Our total liability for anything related to Storgé is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Ending

You can stop using Storgé and delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. Sections 7 and 9 continue to apply.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and disputes go to the courts of Yerevan, unless the consumer law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there or to its protections. Please write to us first; most things can be solved by email.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Storgé after that means you accept the new terms.
